When stress, overwhelm, or fear take over, it can feel like we’ve “flipped our lid”. Led by Justus D’Addario, a trauma therapist, this is designed to help us build awareness of when our lids are flipped. We will develop your toolbox of practices that can help slow down, reset and reconnect. By exploring simple, body-based tools like breath, grounding, and movement you can support your own regulation. No prior experience needed—just a willingness to breathe, move, and be curious.
