Write cards that will be shared with transgender folks across the country. PFLAG volunteers and families can bring colorful pens, markers, and stickers — or use the ones we provide — to write letters of love and care to trans teens and young adults.
This is a family-friendly gathering.
As the director of Point of Pride wrote, “Thank you again for being part of this work and for helping create moments of affirmation and care for trans and queer people.”

Choose a pre-cut vase shape and beautiful Italian millefiori for flower centers and design your mini still-life. Using clear glue—it’s a fun, easy project.

Presenters from WaFd will share key characteristics of scams, how scammers utilize AI and social media, and ways to protect yourselves from and after falling for scams.
Scammers know that the quickest way to get someone to act is by triggering emotion—whether that’s excitement, fear, empathy, or a sense of urgency. When our feelings take over, we’re more likely to react before we stop to think, and that’s exactly the moment fraudsters are hoping for.
Free lunch and refreshments will be provided.

This gathering is based on love, care for community, and a shared commitment to healing, justice, and transformation. Faith leaders from every tradition are encouraged to come as we seek connection, mutual support, and ways to care for every human.
We believe we are part of one human family and that our lives are deeply interconnected. We hope you will consider joining and offering the gift of your wisdom, the sacred roots of your tradition, for the sake of our shared community.

Led by Alecia Burke of Sustainable Renton, you can learn something new or simply work on a project already in your hands. No experience needed and no pressure to make anything “perfect.”
