All are invited to an afternoon of conversation, reflection, and learning as author Jamaal Cole shares from his upcoming book on fulfilling purpose while living with ADHD.

Joined by guest host C. Ivan Johnson, this conversation will offer insight, encouragement, and real-life perspective on navigating ADHD with honesty, resilience, and hope. Through story and dialogue, participants are invited into a deeper understanding of how challenges can also become places of growth and purpose.

Led by Alecia Burke of Sustainable Renton, you can learn something new or simply work on a project already in your hands. No experience needed and no pressure to make anything “perfect.” 

 Bring something you’d like to embroider on, or use supplies available in the space. Whether you’re learning your first stitch or adding a few thoughtful details to a piece you're already working on, there’s room for you at the table.

All ages and experience welcome.
Suggested donation: $5

Provides the knowledge and skills necessary for responding to medical emergencies. Our trainers are all certified instructors and will provide class participants quality hands-on experience and instruction in emergency medical care.

All classes satisfy WISHA and OSHA requirements. Instruction includes adult, child, and infant CPR/AED.
