Events and Large Gatherings

• Sunday–Thursday: $150 per hour
• Friday–Saturday: $250 per hour
• Cleaning Deposit: $500 (Refundable upon satisfactory completion of cleanup )
• Sound/Tech Fee: $150 if ANY microphones, music, video, or AV equipment will be used. (A sound technician is required regardless of whether you think human assistance is needed.)

For smaller meetings, we offer our back room at a reduced rate. This option is great for community groups, support groups, or small gatherings looking for a welcoming and affordable space.

• $25 per hour-long meeting
• $75 per month (for groups meeting regularly)

Luther’s Table is committed to supporting community organizations. We offer a sliding scale for non-profits and those with budget concerns. If cost is a barrier, please reach out—we’d love to discuss how we can work together.

• A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required for all rentals (ask your insurance company for one)
• If alcohol will be served, renters must obtain a Washington State Banquet Permit or a Special Events Permit.
• Deposit: 50% of the rental fee is due upon booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
• Payment Options: Check or cash is preferred to avoid processing fees. Credit card payments incur a 3.3% processing fee.
