Use of Our Space
Luther’s Table’s space is first used for ministry: shared meals, spiritual care, recovery support, creative gathering, education, community service, and partnerships that nourish our neighbors. When space is available, we may share it with groups whose gatherings fit our mission of radical hospitality and community care.
Rental fees help cover the cost of maintaining the space and keeping it available for ministry.
Events and Large Gatherings
- Sunday–Thursday: $150 per hour
- Friday–Saturday: $250 per hour
- Cleaning Deposit: $500 (Refundable upon satisfactory completion of cleanup )
- Sound/Tech Fee: $150 if ANY microphones, music, video, or AV equipment will be used. (A sound technician is required regardless of whether you think human assistance is needed.)
Small Group Meetings
For smaller meetings, we offer our back room at a reduced rate. This option is great for community groups, support groups, or small gatherings looking for a welcoming and affordable space.
- $25 per hour-long meeting
- $75 per month (for groups meeting regularly)
Non-Profits & those with budget concerns
Luther’s Table is committed to supporting community organizations. We offer a sliding scale for non-profits and those with budget concerns. If cost is a barrier, please reach out—we’d love to discuss how we can work together.
Requirements for All Rentals
- A Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI) is required for all rentals (ask your insurance company for one)
- If alcohol will be served, renters must obtain a Washington State Banquet Permit or a Special Events Permit. (A Banquet Permit is for private events where alcohol is served but not sold. A Special Occasion License is for qualifying nonprofit events where alcohol is sold.)
- Deposit: 50% of the rental fee is due upon booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
- Payment Options: Check or cash is preferred to avoid processing fees. Credit card payments incur a 3.3% processing fee.

Access
We want everyone to feel welcome at Luther’s Table.
Accessibility Information:
- ADA accessible parking spots are available on site.
- Entrance: No stairs; doors are not automatic.
- Pathways: Flat and level entryway and pathways.
- Restrooms: Accessible bathrooms are available; doorways require manual operation.
- Additional Notes: If further accommodations are needed, please reach out in advance for assistance.

- On-Site Parking:
Enjoy seven marked parking spots under the covered area behind the building, available on a first-come, first-served basis. - Street Parking:
Street parking available along Morris Ave S, next to the building. - Renton City Center Parking Garage:
Located just one block away at 655 S 2nd St, this option is within a short walking distance and is conveniently adjacent to the Renton Transit Center. - Additional Option at Renton High School (When School is Not in Session):
When school is not in session, you can also park across the street at the Renton High School / Renton IKEA Performing Arts Center located at: 400 S 2nd St, Renton, WA 98057
